1969. Wood & Pickett, Mini Cooper

I drive over to Wood & Pickett with Lionel Hawkes in May 1969 to have a look around the workshops. In 1968 Wood & Pickett fitted a tinted rear window into my Mini Cooper. I had tinted perspex windows cut to size for the side windows by another company just up the road from Hammersmith Palais, in Shepherd's Bush Road, before driving to Rome with Roger Tidd. Here we are being shown how the body and engine of 'Margrave' Mini Cooper is re-built.
