Vitamins and minerals are nutrients your body needs in small amounts to work properly and stay healthy. Most people should get all the nutrients they need by having a varied and balanced diet.

Calcium
Sources of calcium include; milk, cheese and other dairy foods. Green leafy vegetables; broccoli, cabbage and okra, but not spinach.  Soya beans. Tofu. Nuts.
How much calcium do I need?
Adults aged 19 to 64 need 700mg of calcium a day.
