Distraction has always been a triggering word for me. In a good way. My PhD supervisor told me I was “a woman of too many distractions”. All this is then just a little story about being given a warning to shut up. And refusing to. I have had a lifetime of such warnings. Class will out. This is just something I wanted to tell you about a woman saying no. And the ways we say no.
